【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsdevelopcomparativeinformationusefulforthedesignofstationarycontactsforwire,cable,andotherconductors.Thesetestmethodsproduceresults,whicharefreeoftheinfluenceofarbitraryconnectionsystems.Theinfluenceofconductorsurfacepretreatmentsandplatingscanbeevaluatedbythesetestmethods.Theinfluenceofenvironmentalfactors,suchashightemperatureandcorrosiveenvironmentcanbeevaluatedbythesetestmethods.Theresultsobtainedbythesetestmethodsprovideguidanceonconnectionsystemdesignparameters,suchascontactforceandgastightnessrequirements.1.1Thesetestmethodsdefineproceduresfortherelativecharacterizationofconductormaterialconnectabilityonthebasisofmeasurementsofparametersimportanttothedesignandperformanceofelectricalcontactsandconnectionstoandwithsuchconductorsforbothpowerandsignalapplications.1.2Theparametersmeasuredarecontactresistanceasafunctionofcontactforce,frettingsensitivity,andcompressiverelaxation.1.3Provisionismadeformeasurementoftheconnectabilityparametersatelevatedtemperature,orcorrosiveambient,orboth,asmayberequiredforevaluationforparticularapplications.1.4Thesetestmethods,usingstandardizedspecimengeometryandprocedures,areapplicabletoconductormaterialsasemployedinanelectricalsystemandmaybeadaptedforevaluationofconnectabilityofmaterialsintheformofactualconnectionsystemcomponents.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
