【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850specifiestheinformationmodelofdevicesandfunctionsrelatedtosubstationapplications.Inparticular,itspecifiesthecompatiblelogicalnodenamesanddatanamesforcommunicationbetweenIntelligentElectronicDevices(IED).ThisincludestherelationshipbetweenLogicalNodesandData.TheLogicalNodeNamesandDataNamesdefinedinthisdocumentarepartoftheclassmodelintroducedinIEC61850-7-1anddefinedinIEC61850-7-2.ThenamesdefinedinthisdocumentareusedtobuildthehierarchicalobjectreferencesappliedforcommunicatingwithlEDsinsubstationsandondistributionfeeders.ThenamingconventionsofIEC61850-7-2areappliedinthispart.Toavoidprivate,incompatibleextensionrulesthispartspecifiesnormativenamingrulesformultipleinstancesandprivateextensionsofLogicalNode(LN)ClassesandDataNames.InAnnexA,allrulesaregiven(makinguseofexamples)for:·multipleinstancesoflogicalnodeclassesbyuseofaLNinstanceidentification(ID);·multipleinstancesofdatabyuseofadatainstanceID;·selectingdatanotincludedinLNoutofthecompletedatanameset;·creatingnewlogicalnodeclassesanddatanames.InAnnexB,examplesaregivenfor:·theuseofLogicalNodesincomplexsituationslikelineprotectionschemes;·multipleinstancesofLogicalNodeswithdifferentlevelsoffunctionality.Thispartdoesnotprovidetutorialmaterial.ItisrecommendedthosepartsIEC61850-5andIEC61850-7-1bereadfirst,inconjunctionwithIEC61850-7-3,andIEC61850-7-2.Thispartdoesnotdiscussimplementationissues.TherelationshipbetweenthisstandardandIEC61850-5isoutlinedinAnnexC.Thisstandardisapplicabletodescribedevicemodelsandfunctionsofsubstationandfeederequipment.Theconceptsdefinedinthisstandardmayalsobeappliedtodescribedevicemodelsandfunctionsfor:·substationtosubstationinformationexchange,·substationtocontrolcentreinformationexchange,·powerplanttocontrolcentreinformationexchange,·informationexchangefordistributedgeneration,·informationexchangefordistributedautomation,or·informationexchangeformetering.Figure1providesageneraloverviewofthisdocument.
