【摘要】:Thispracticecoversproceduresforobtainingdatapertainingtothequalityofalotofelectricalinsulatingmaterialandformakingajudgementwhetherthelotmeetstherequirementsofamaterialspecification.Thispracticeisnotintendedtodefineaproducer'sinternalqualitycontrolproceduresbutisdesignedtodeterminetheacceptabilityofall,orsomeportion,ofaquantityofelectricalinsulatingmaterialthatisavailableforinspectionbytheuserofthematerial.Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithanexistingmaterialspecificationthatspecifiespropertycharacteristiclimits,acceptablequalitylevel(AQL),standardtestmethods,andspecificsamplinginstructions.Intheabsenceofaspecificationasdescribedin,usethispracticeasaguide,afterestablishmentofagreed-uponpropertycharacteristics,limits,AQL,standardtestmethods,andspecificsamplinginstructions.1.5Itisintendedthatthisbeapracticeforinspectionbyattributes.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
